Shipping policy
Last updated: August 25, 2026
Wasabi Method, LLC (“Wasabi Method,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides secure domestic and international delivery of radial pressure wave devices, accessories, and related physical products.
We coordinate fulfillment through our operations in the United States and Australia, allowing us to deliver directly to customers in many locations worldwide. Shipping availability, costs, carriers, insurance, customs requirements, and delivery times vary by product and destination.
This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to physical products purchased through wasabimethod.store or another Wasabi Method checkout that links to this Policy.
1. Digital Products and Event Registrations
Digital courses, educational modules, downloads, memberships, webinars, and event registrations do not require physical shipping.
Digital access or registration confirmation is generally delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout.
If you do not receive expected access or confirmation:
- Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders;
- Confirm that the email address used at checkout is correct; and
- Contact info@wasabimethod.com with your order number.
Product photographs used to represent digital courses are illustrative only. No physical device, handpiece, accessory, printed material, or other physical product is included unless the product listing expressly states otherwise.
2. Where We Ship
Wasabi Method ships to many destinations in:
- The United States;
- Australia;
- Canada;
- Europe;
- The United Kingdom;
- New Zealand;
- Asia;
- The Middle East; and
- Other approved international markets.
Shipping availability is subject to:
- Carrier coverage;
- Product and medical-device regulations;
- Import and export restrictions;
- Trade sanctions;
- Customs requirements;
- Insurance availability;
- Delivery-security considerations; and
- Local professional or licensing restrictions.
Placing an order does not guarantee that we can lawfully or practically ship a product to the requested destination.
A Wasabi Method representative may contact you to verify the delivery location, intended use, professional credentials, importer information, or other information before approving shipment.
3. Fulfillment Locations
Orders may be fulfilled from Wasabi Method’s operations, distribution partners, manufacturers, or authorized service providers in the United States, Australia, or another appropriate location.
The fulfillment location is selected based on:
- Product availability;
- Customer destination;
- Delivery time;
- Carrier options;
- Customs requirements;
- Regulatory considerations;
- Insurance availability; and
- Operational efficiency.
An order may be fulfilled in more than one shipment.
The shipping origin does not change the product warranty, return requirements, or consumer rights that apply to the transaction.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and applicable public holidays.
For in-stock accessories and standard physical products, processing ordinarily takes approximately three to seven business days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed shipment date.
Radial pressure wave devices and other professional equipment may require additional time for:
- Payment or financing confirmation;
- Inventory allocation;
- Product inspection and testing;
- Serial-number documentation;
- Accessory configuration;
- Export screening;
- Regulatory review;
- Customs documentation;
- Protective packaging;
- Freight coordination; and
- Shipping insurance.
The expected device-processing or shipping period may be stated on the product page, checkout, order confirmation, quotation, invoice, or separate sales agreement.
If no shipment period is stated, a Wasabi Method representative will provide available delivery information after reviewing the order.
5. Order Verification
High-value, professional, international, or medical-device orders may require verification before fulfillment.
We may request:
- Identity confirmation;
- Billing or payment verification;
- Professional credentials;
- Clinic or organization details;
- A confirmed delivery contact;
- Importer-of-record information;
- Tax or customs identification;
- Regulatory or licensing documentation;
- Financing confirmation; or
- Written confirmation of the intended destination and use.
Failure to provide reasonably requested information may delay or prevent shipment.
6. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges depend on factors such as:
- Product weight and dimensions;
- Packaging requirements;
- Shipping origin and destination;
- Carrier and service level;
- Insurance value;
- Signature or freight-delivery requirements;
- Remote-area delivery;
- Customs documentation;
- Brokerage and handling;
- Import inspections; and
- Special delivery services.
Some shipping costs may be calculated at checkout. High-value device orders, freight shipments, remote-area deliveries, and international orders may require a separate shipping quotation or International Shipping Order Fee.
Shipping quotations are based on the information available when issued. Charges may change if:
- The delivery address changes;
- The customer requests a different carrier or service;
- Package dimensions or weight change;
- Carrier rates change;
- Additional insurance is required;
- Customs treatment changes;
- Storage or redelivery becomes necessary; or
- The original delivery information was incomplete or inaccurate.
We will communicate material additional charges before proceeding when reasonably possible.
7. International Shipping Order Fees
International delivery fees may include:
- Carrier or freight charges;
- Protective packaging;
- Shipping insurance;
- Export documentation;
- Customs preparation;
- Brokerage coordination;
- Special handling;
- Remote-area surcharges;
- Signature services; and
- Other destination-specific costs.
An International Shipping Order Fee is specific to the applicable order and destination. It is generally nonrefundable once the related service has been performed or the expense has been incurred.
If the underlying order is canceled before shipment, any unused portion of the fee will be handled according to our Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
8. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Unless a quotation, checkout page, or written agreement expressly states that import charges are included, the recipient is responsible for:
- Customs duties;
- Import taxes;
- Value-added tax or goods and services tax;
- Brokerage fees;
- Customs inspections;
- Product-registration fees;
- Storage charges;
- Local delivery charges; and
- Other government or carrier-imposed assessments.
Wasabi Method does not control these charges and may not be able to estimate them in advance.
Customs authorities may require personal, business, tax, professional, or importer information before releasing a shipment. The recipient is responsible for responding promptly and accurately.
A delay caused by customs review does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.
Nothing in this section transfers to a customer a cost or responsibility that applicable consumer law legally places on Wasabi Method.
9. Importer Responsibilities
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the recipient is responsible for confirming that a product may lawfully be:
- Imported;
- Cleared through customs;
- Possessed;
- Installed;
- Operated;
- Marketed;
- Resold; and
- Used professionally
in the destination jurisdiction.
The recipient may be required to serve as importer of record and obtain applicable permits, registrations, licenses, approvals, electrical certifications, or professional authorizations.
Wasabi Method may provide reasonable shipping and product documentation but does not provide individualized legal, customs, tax, licensing, or regulatory advice.
We may decline, delay, or cancel an international shipment when necessary to address an import, regulatory, sanctions, fraud, safety, or delivery concern.
10. Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates begin after order processing is complete and the carrier accepts the shipment.
Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees. Actual delivery may be affected by:
- Carrier delays;
- Customs clearance;
- Weather;
- Natural disasters;
- Public-health emergencies;
- Transportation interruptions;
- Labor disputes;
- Government actions;
- Security inspections;
- Remote-area delivery;
- Incorrect address information;
- Failed delivery attempts;
- Recipient availability; and
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we cannot ship within a period promised to a United States consumer, or within the period otherwise required by law, we will provide the legally required delay notice, cancellation option, or refund.
11. Tracking Information
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address or telephone number provided with the order.
Tracking information may take time to update after a carrier receives the shipment.
For freight, consolidated, or international shipments, tracking may be provided through a carrier portal, freight forwarder, customs broker, or Wasabi Method representative rather than Shopify’s standard tracking page.
Customers are responsible for monitoring available tracking and preparing to receive the shipment.
12. Signature and Secure Delivery
High-value devices and professional equipment generally require an adult signature or other confirmed delivery.
A carrier may require:
- Government-issued identification;
- A named recipient;
- An appointment;
- A delivery telephone number;
- Loading-dock access;
- Delivery instructions; or
- The presence of an authorized adult.
Carriers may refuse to leave high-value equipment unattended.
If delivery to a clinic, business, hotel, shared office, mailroom, reception desk, or freight facility is requested, delivery confirmation by an authorized employee or representative may constitute completed delivery where permitted by law.
13. P.O. Boxes and Restricted Addresses
Devices, freight shipments, and high-value insured orders generally cannot be delivered to:
- P.O. boxes;
- Unattended parcel lockers;
- Temporary forwarding addresses;
- Unverified third-party addresses; or
- Locations not served by the selected carrier.
We may request a verified residential, clinic, or commercial street address before shipping.
Military, diplomatic, island, rural, and remote-area addresses may require additional review, cost, or delivery time.
14. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate:
- Recipient name;
- Business or clinic name;
- Street address;
- Suite, unit, or floor;
- City, state, province, or territory;
- Postal code;
- Country;
- Email address; and
- Delivery telephone number.
Contact us immediately if an address needs correction.
Once a shipment has entered fulfillment or been transferred to a carrier, an address change may not be possible. Carrier address-correction, redirection, storage, return-to-sender, and redelivery fees may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
Wasabi Method is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
15. Delivery Appointments and Freight Access
Large or high-value equipment may require scheduled freight or commercial delivery.
Before delivery, confirm that the location has:
- Safe and lawful access;
- Adequate doors, hallways, elevators, and loading space;
- Any required loading dock or lift-gate arrangements;
- An authorized person available to receive and inspect the shipment; and
- Appropriate storage after delivery.
Standard freight delivery may not include inside delivery, stairs, unpacking, assembly, installation, debris removal, or operator training unless expressly included in writing.
Additional services requested from the carrier may create additional charges.
16. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a carrier cannot complete delivery because:
- No authorized person is available;
- A signature cannot be obtained;
- The address is inaccessible;
- The recipient refuses required identification;
- Customs information is missing;
- Duties or taxes are unpaid;
- Delivery instructions are inadequate; or
- The recipient refuses the shipment,
the carrier may hold, store, redirect, or return the shipment.
Where permitted by law, the customer may be responsible for resulting:
- Storage charges;
- Redelivery fees;
- Address-correction charges;
- Return freight;
- Customs charges;
- Brokerage fees; and
- Insurance adjustments.
A failed or refused delivery does not automatically cancel the order or create a right to a full refund.
17. Refused Shipments
Do not refuse a shipment because of suspected damage unless the carrier or Wasabi Method instructs you to do so.
If damage is visible:
- Photograph the package;
- Ask the carrier to note the damage;
- Retain all packaging;
- Accept or refuse the shipment according to the carrier’s and Wasabi Method’s instructions; and
- Contact us immediately.
A shipment refused for change of mind, unpaid customs charges, lack of professional authorization, or another reason not caused by Wasabi Method may be treated as an unauthorized return.
Applicable return shipping, insurance, customs, storage, and restocking charges may be deducted from any approved refund.
18. Damaged Shipments
Inspect every physical shipment promptly.
If an order arrives damaged:
- Photograph the unopened exterior packaging;
- Photograph the shipping label;
- Photograph the internal packaging;
- Photograph or record video of the product and damage;
- Retain the packaging, product, accessories, and documentation; and
- Contact info@wasabimethod.com within five business days after delivery.
Do not operate visibly damaged equipment until Wasabi Method or an authorized technical representative advises that it is safe to do so.
We may require additional documentation, remote inspection, carrier inspection, diagnostic testing, or return of the damaged product.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may arrange:
- Replacement of a damaged component;
- Repair;
- Replacement of the product;
- An insurance claim;
- A partial refund; or
- A full refund.
The five-business-day reporting request helps preserve carrier and insurance claims. It does not remove a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
19. Missing or Incorrect Items
Report a missing component, shortage, or incorrect item within five business days after delivery.
Include:
- Your order number;
- Photographs of the package and contents;
- The packing list;
- The product or device serial number; and
- A description of what is missing or incorrect.
We will compare the report against fulfillment, package-weight, serial-number, and carrier records and provide an appropriate remedy.
20. Lost Shipments
A shipment is not considered lost solely because tracking is delayed or temporarily unavailable.
If tracking indicates an unusual delay, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
For insured shipments, the carrier or insurer may require:
- A waiting period;
- A recipient statement;
- Proof of non-delivery;
- Identification;
- A police report in suspected theft cases; or
- Other claim documentation.
Customers must cooperate reasonably with a loss investigation.
If a shipment is confirmed lost, Wasabi Method will provide the replacement, refund, or other remedy required by the applicable agreement and law.
21. Stolen Packages
If tracking shows confirmed delivery but the package cannot be located:
- Check with reception, mailrooms, household members, neighboring suites, and authorized recipients;
- Review carrier delivery photographs or location details;
- Contact the carrier;
- Notify Wasabi Method promptly; and
- File a police report if theft is suspected and requested for an insurance claim.
Responsibility for a confirmed delivered shipment depends on the delivery circumstances, signature records, applicable sales terms, and mandatory law.
We will reasonably assist with available carrier and insurance information.
22. Split Shipments and Backorders
An order containing multiple products may ship separately.
You may receive more than one:
- Tracking number;
- Delivery date;
- Carrier;
- Package; or
- Customs entry.
If an item becomes unavailable or backordered, we may:
- Provide an updated estimate;
- Ship available items separately;
- Offer a substitute with your approval;
- Allow cancellation of the delayed item; or
- Issue a refund when required.
Additional shipping will not be charged for a split shipment initiated solely by Wasabi Method unless agreed in advance.
23. Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for certain products by prior written arrangement.
Do not travel to a Wasabi Method office, warehouse, partner facility, or event venue to collect an order without written confirmation.
Pickup may require:
- An appointment;
- Identification;
- Order confirmation;
- An authorized representative;
- Suitable transportation; and
- A signed receipt or inspection acknowledgment.
24. Returns
Shipping a product back to Wasabi Method is governed by our Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy.
All returns require prior written authorization. The original shipping origin or business address may not be the appropriate return destination.
Do not return a device or physical product to an address listed on the website unless that address is specifically provided in written return instructions.
25. Risk of Loss and Title
Risk of loss and title pass according to the applicable quotation, sales agreement, carrier terms, delivery circumstances, and governing law.
For consumer transactions, nothing in this Policy transfers risk earlier than permitted by mandatory consumer law.
For business transactions not governed by a separate written agreement, risk ordinarily passes upon confirmed delivery to the approved recipient or location.
26. Trade Restrictions and Sanctions
Products and technical materials may be subject to United States, Australian, and other export controls, sanctions, embargoes, or trade restrictions.
We may screen orders, recipients, destinations, end users, and intended uses.
We may decline or cancel an order that presents a legal or sanctions concern. If an order is canceled for compliance reasons, any refund will be handled according to applicable law and nonrecoverable costs legally chargeable to the customer.
27. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any shipping, delivery, cancellation, refund, replacement, consumer-guarantee, or other right that cannot legally be excluded.
Australian customers retain applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
European and United Kingdom consumers retain applicable mandatory rights concerning delivery, conformity, cancellation, withdrawal, refunds, and legal guarantees.
United States consumer shipments will be handled in accordance with applicable shipment-delay and refund requirements.
