Where the laws of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another jurisdiction require a legal basis, we process personal information under one or more of the following bases:

  • Performance of a contract: To process orders, provide courses, manage accounts, arrange delivery, and provide requested services.
  • Legitimate interests: To operate and improve our business, secure the Services, prevent fraud, provide customer service, understand performance, and conduct appropriate business marketing.
  • Consent: For optional marketing, nonessential cookies, targeted advertising, or other activities where consent is required.
  • Legal obligation: To comply with tax, accounting, customs, product-safety, consumer-protection, and other legal requirements.
  • Legal claims and vital interests: When necessary to protect a person, investigate misconduct, or establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed lawfully before consent was withdrawn.

7. Shopify

Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to provide storefront, checkout, payment, fraud-prevention, analytics, shipping, account, and related ecommerce services.

Depending on the Shopify features you use, Shopify may process information as a service provider to Wasabi Method or for its own purposes under its applicable privacy terms. Where legally required, we request consent before using nonessential cookies or similar technologies.

You may manage available choices through the cookie banner or Your Privacy Choices link displayed on the store. You may also adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent portions of the Services from functioning correctly.

Where required by applicable law, we recognize supported browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser and device sending the signal.

9. Analytics and Advertising

We may use analytics, advertising, and measurement services to understand store activity, evaluate campaigns, measure conversions, improve performance, and provide relevant advertising.

Depending on our current configuration, these providers may receive identifiers, device information, browsing activity, general location, commercial interactions, and campaign information. Their use of information may be governed by their own privacy policies.

You can limit certain advertising uses through:
